2. How do I prepare Snuggle and Sleep Children’s Tea?
To prepare the tea:
- Use 1 tablespoon of tea blend per 8 oz (1 cup) of hot water.
- Steep the tea for 5-10 minutes.
- Allow the tea to cool to a comfortable temperature before serving to your child.  
For safety, make sure the tea is warm, not hot, to avoid burns.

3. Is Snuggle and Sleep Children’s Tea safe for all ages?
Yes, the ingredients in this tea are safe for children. However, we recommend consulting with your pediatrician before introducing any new herbs to very young children. Also, if sweetening the tea, avoid honey for children under 12 months due to the risk of botulism.
